2 NEW EVENTS

February 28, 2011 Leave a comment

We will be hosting a special “elite” Salon on March 9th for graduates. Gaston LaCombe is currently taking applicants for the event and details follow.

These salon reviews are “industry” standard portfolio critiques and are reserved for students or alumni and closed to the public. They are a great way for students and graduates to test the water on the work they are producing and direction they may be headed.

The second is a Showcase on March 10th on “Photographing Kids” hosted by Chris Alvanas, details are as follow…

The showcase is designed to happen between the FT and PT classes and serve to inspire and possibly introduce something in the future for the photo students. In this showcase, Chris will talk about the considerations when photographing kids in both a retail and commercial environment. We hope to also announce a workshop in the near future on this topic. This event is open to all wanting to attend.
Both events are FREE.
